Another Ryan filming report
god ryan, how did you do that ? lol you were in 3 locations since 2 days !!
lol
so here we go again ^^
SPOILER ALERT! ”LOST” returned to downtown Honolulu this morning to film a New York street scene. The intersection of Bethel St. and Merchant St. was converted into the Upper West Side in Manhattan, with a tell-tale subway entrance (”Columbus & 67th St. Station”), New York cabs, some news racks, and an antique rugs shop (”established 1902″).
The centerpiece, though, was Honolulu’s upscale preschool, The Cole Academy. Through the power of quality set signage, its ornate entrance became the door to Fieldcroft School. Students, perhaps in their early teens, stood around with their backpacks. Nearby, a limousine waits.
So does, I’m told, John Locke (Terry O’Quinn), Matthew Abbadon (Lance Reddick), Ben Linus (Michael Emerson)… and Walt Lloyd (Malcolm David Kelley)? I might be taking a long lunch today to check this out!

Spookiest Shows on TV: Our Top 10
1: Lost
Two words: Jacob's cabin. Nothing is more terrifying than this haunted hut—and not just because an unearthly Claire spooked us with a surprise appearance last season. Smoke monsters and psychopathic island movers we can handle—just don't make us go back to this shack.

spoilers days !
wow it's a great days for spoilers today :)
enjoy ^^
SPOILER ALERT! “LOST” returned to Oahu Cemetery this morning, perhaps a fitting location on the brink of Halloween. The historic graveyard previously appeared in the Season 2 episode “Lockdown,” as the not-quite-final resting place of Anthony Cooper.
It seemed, at first, a peaceful scene, with Matthew Abbadon (Lance Reddick) bringing a wheelchair-bound John Locke (Terry O’Quinn) to a modest gravesite for an intense conversation.
But things turned quickly when it came time to leave. Locke, in the back seat of a blue four-door sedan (I’d guess it was a late model Mercury Grand Marquis), waited as Abbadon loaded his wheelchair into the trunk. But no sooner had Abbadon closed the lid, when shots rang out. And Abbadon is hit.
Who’s gunning for Abbadon? And whose grave were they visiting?

I have this nagging feeling that Lost from here on will focus on the Oceanic 6, at the expense of the people - my Sawyer included! - left on the island. Please tell me I'm wrong. - Lauren
Matt: I take great pleasure in telling you that you are wrong. I then laugh derisively in your general direction. Have no fear, Lauren, the left-behinders will get plenty of air time. In fact, a (probably well-tanned) setsider tells me that Elizabeth Mitchell, for one, has never had more to do and as such is busier than a one-armed paperhanger. But is she getting busy with Your Sawyer? That's the question.

Question: I need to know what night and time Lost is on starting in Jan. '09. I need to select which evenings I'm teaching next semester, and I prefer to watch Lost live, not on DVR two hours later. -- Rosamaria
Ausiello: No decision has been made yet, but my gut is telling me it'll return to Thursdays at 10 pm. In related news, remember my scoop last week about Lance Reddick returning for an episode? Well, my Hawaii mole reports that he was shooting scenes in a hospital with Charles Widmore. Theorizes Doc Jensen: "If you believe, as I do, that Charles Widmore has been chasing after the island in order to cheat death by exploiting its time-travel properties, my guess is that Daddy Devilbucks was telling his mysterious henchman, ‘Would you please hurry your ass up and find me that Island?! I'm dyin' here!'"

“LOST” Returns to Santa Rosa
I think we can assume it's for epi 5x06 very interesting spoilers and i can say i really want to see this episode !
SPOILER ALERT! “LOST” returned to the campus of Windward Community College in Kaneohe today to film yet another scene at the “Santa Rosa Mental Institute,” where our dear Hurley (Jorge Garcia) has been a tenant.
From veteran spotter “Grappler” (who previously reported from the Windward side) comes this account of the day’s filming:
Hurley is relaxing on the hospital grounds, sitting on a bench and painting, when Locke (Terry O’Quinn) arrives. Locke is in a wheelchair with a cast on his right leg, rolling himself up to Hurley’s side.
They have a conversation. Soon enough, Hurley jumps up. He calls out to a female orderly, perhaps his attendant, named “Susie.” He asks her, “Am I talking to a guy in a wheelchair right now?” She affirms that Locke is really there.
Hurley sits back down, and they talk some more, in even more hushed tones. Locke eventually gestures over his shoulder at someone. It’s unclear whether this person is standing nearby, or is sitting in a mysterious black car with California plates parked in the distance. But from the context (and the stand-in on the set), chances are Locke is pointing at Abbadon.
At this, Hurley again jumps up, even more distressed. “What? Don’t you know? He’s evil!” He then jams his fingers in his ears, yelling, “I’m not hearing this! This is not happening!” He calls for Susie. ”I’m ready to go back now!”
Susie takes Hurley by the arm back into the hospital, leaving Locke behind.

Pushing Daisies: Ed and Lost Star Is Chuck's Dad!
He's aliiiiiiive! Chuck's daddy, that is. And, well, perhaps "undead" is the more appropriate term.
Warner Brothers Studios and executive producer Bryan Fuller confirm to me exclusively that Josh Randall—who played Ed's BFF Mike on Ed and Nathan on Lost (the tailie who was offed by Goodwin)—will play the long-awaited role of Chuck's father, Charles Charles, on ABC's fantastic dramedy Pushing Daisies. (Keep reading for an exclusive sneak peek of his "invisible" new look on the show.)

Exclusive: 'Chuck' Finds 'Lost' Boy Monaghan
In what marks his first major TV gig since Lost, Dominic Monaghan has signed on to guest-star on NBC's Chuck as -- stop me if this sounds familiar -- a free-spirited British rock star targeted for death by a shadowy group of evildoers. And the similarities to his Lost alter ego Charlie don't end there. Well, actually, yes, they do. "This is a very, very different kind of character," insists executive producer Josh Schwartz of Monaghan's metalhead, who makes an in-store appearance at Buy More and ends up getting entangled in one of Chuck's spy games. "He's a lunatic in the best sense of the word. And there's no heroin [addiction]." Monaghan's participation is only half the Feb. 2 episode's sell: It also will air partly in 3-D, piggybacking on NBC's 3-D Super Bowl stunt. (The network will broadcast the big game the night before.) Aside from the cool factor of seeing himself in 3-D, what drew Monaghan to the role? Did he have any hesitation about channeling someone who, at least on paper, so closely resembles Charlie? And might his tube return be the precursor to another Lost comeback? Hmmm….Sounds like the set-up to an exclusive Q&A with Dominic Monaghan. Scratch that. It is the set-up to an exclusive Q&A with Dominic Monaghan.
AUSIELLO: Welcome back to TV. Why now and why Chuck?
DOMINIC MONAGHAN: I wanted to work with Josh Schwartz. I've been wanting to be in business with him for a long time. My agent got me more and more interested in his work and his background and his sensibilities and we've been looking for a way to [connect] for a while now. He's my age, he's smart and cool and, obviously, extremely invested in the industry. He's a comic book fan, he's a movie fan, he's a big fan of TV and gives it a lot of respect. It's the same reason I wanted to work on Lost. I walked into a meeting with Damon Lindelof and J.J. Abrams and really considered those two people to be the real future of television.
Your Chuck character, Tyler Martin, sounds strangely familiar…
He is an English rock star, so obviously there are similarities [to Charlie]. But this is a comedic role. Charlie was not incredibly comedic on purpose. I think Charlie had funny moments, but Charlie was quite tortured and into meth. The guy that I play on Chuck is just an out-and-out lunatic. If you were to look up "definitive rock star" in the dictionary, there would be a picture of him. But there was definitely a little trepidation. I never want to play the same thing twice.
What persuaded you to do it?
After meeting Josh Schwartz and reading the script, I realized that Charlie could never be this person. Charlie would not be a fan of Tyler. Charlie got into rock and roll for the music and to try and help himself in a therapeutic way. And I think Tyler got into rock and roll because he realizes that that's the easiest way to get free flights around the world. He's like Charlie in a hallucinogenic dream. He's like what Charlie would be in his most brilliant moment, but Tyler is like that all the time. So I thought it might be something that would tickle people to see.
When are you returning to Lost?
That's more of a question for Damon Lindelof. I don't really have a huge amount of control over that. I had a great time on the show, and I think Charlie is a character that is definitely missed. I know a lot of people on the show -- myself included -- get asked a lot of questions about when he's coming back. The general public seems to think he's on his way back at some point. But that's something for Damon to answer. All I can really say is if it was the right thing, of course I'd go back.
Do you still watch the show?
I watch it here and there. It's not as simple for me to watch it as it used to be, because, obviously, being on the show, I felt it was needed for me to watch it just to stay in that zone. Obviously, it's not as essential for me to watch it. But of course I know what's going on.
For more on Monaghan's Chuck gig, including scoop on the episode's other potential Lost tie-in, pick up the new issue of EW, on sale Friday. In the meantime, weigh in on Monaghan's tube comeback below!

Evangeline Lilly Regrets Stripping Off For Mens' Magazines
Evangeline Lilly regrets her past as a lads' mag pin-up.
The Lost star, 29, insists she only stripped for the pictures because she was told to.
She explains, "I was inexperienced back then and quite trusting so I had to learn how to deal with that.
"There's some ugly burned bridges in the past because I put my trust in people and they just didn't follow through.
"I ended up in Maxim magazine and things like that and I would never in a million years be caught dead in those magazines. So I'm now with the right people and they understand me."

Lily in Hampton Roads, Va.: Hi there! Got any Lost information for us?
A very good source tells me that the information I received about off-Island Dharma stations is not quite right: There is one and only one off-Island Dharma stations—the show hasn't filmed any of those scenes yet—and that station may or may not be the key to returning to the Island. Argh! My sincere apologies. Reuniting the O6 with the Left Behinders is going to be harder than I thought.

Honolulu Theatre for Youth snags 'Lost' actors
Five actors from ABC’s hit series “Lost” will perform at a fundraiser for Honolulu Theatre for Youth, a rare group outing for members of the Hawaii-based cast.
Actors Henry Ian Cusick, Michael Emerson, Jorge Garcia, Daniel Dae Kim and Elizabeth Mitchell will perform a scene from “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” which is a fall production of the theatre.
The performance is part of HTY’s annual “Le Masquerade” fundraiser, being held Oct. 25 at the Koolau Grand Ballroom in Kaneohe.
“Lost” actors have previously performed to benefit HTY, a professional theatre company founded in 1955 and one of the state’s largest performing arts organizations.
The event is open to the public and information is available at www.htyweb.org

Amanda in St. Petersburg, Fla.: OK, thanks for the Lost scoop, now spill: Where is the powerful place we've already seen that might have a Dharma station in it?
In the words of the sage Hugo Reyes: "Australia is the key to the game." I'm told there's at least one off-Island Dharma station in Australia, and I personally love and believe your guesses were right: The station is specifically in or around Ayers Rock/Uluru, the place Rose and Bernard visited on their honeymoon.

Yea, that's definitely not the only one we see. There's one up near Portland, Oregon, they are saying it's located on something called the 45th parallel. They aren't going to Oregon and it's just a set."

LOST - LILLY'S LOST AUDITION WAS A 'PSYCHOLOGICAL EXERCISE'
LOST star EVANGELINE LILLY stumbled into acting while she was "doing a psychological exercise" by going to auditions.
The 29-year-old simply wanted to challenge her fears of acting up in front of the harshest critics when she discovered she had a talent for the craft.
She explains, "I had no intention for it to connect to a job. So when I got a job, I had to sit down and go, 'Do I want to be an actor?'"
Lilly reveals the job she landed was her role as Kate Austen on Lost.
Before her acting took off, the pretty star dreamed of becoming a flight attendant.
She adds, "I wanted to see the world, and I didn't have money. I was living on tea and peanut butter... so I went and I did the flight attendant training."
But her high-flying dreams didn't last long: "I did the job for one month and I quit."

New of the set by Jorge Garcia
wow i was reading Jorge's blog as usual and he told us something
So cool. A couple of days ago I was working on a boat. And a pod of dolphins came swimming up to it. (I'm thinking they were spinners.) It was cool but hard to concentrate because during the take we could here them coming up for air and one of them kept slapping his tail on the water. It was as if he knew. He's all, "look at me I want to be on TV! Give me some fish!"

Rebecca Mader joins 'Goats' herd
Rebecca Mader, best known for playing scheming redhead Charlotte on ABC's "Lost," is in final negotiations for the lead female role in "Men Who Stare at Goats," the George Clooney- and Grant Heslov-produced adaptation of the book by Jon Ronson. Heslov is directing.
"Goats" is set in Iraq and centers on Bob Wilton (Ewan McGregor), a desperate reporter who stumbles upon the story of a lifetime when he meets Lyn Cassady (Clooney), who claims to be a former secret U.S. military psychic soldier who was reactivated after 9/11.
Mader will play McGregor's wife.
Stephen Lang, who appears in James Cameron's "Avatar" and Michael Mann's "Public Enemies," also joins the cast that includes Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges, playing an intelligence officer.
Mader and Lang are repped by Innovative.

Marc Cherry reveals the real inspiration for Desperate Housewives twist!
Lost Intel: Learn Why the Oceanic Six Must Reunite
Lost's fifth-season premiere is still at least four months away, but I've just gotten some exclusive insight into next year's stories.
In particular, I can now tell you why it is that the Oceanic Six must all reunite in order to get back to the Island.
Want to know why Kate (with baby Aaron), Jack, Sayid, Hurley and Sun are going to have to put their differences aside and go "all for one, and one for all" this year?
Well, remember what Michael Emerson recently said about Ben's statement that if any of them are to return to the Island, everyone who escaped has to go back too? He said, "I think [that dictate is] a scientific condition of the mechanism by which the Island operates. I don't think it's an esoteric or spiritual issue, I think it's science."
He wasn't just talking pretty. What I'm hearing is that the reason Jack, Kate, Sayid, Sun and Hurley need to reunite is because the Oceanic Six need to fan out to a group of Dharma stations.
Even more intriguing? According to my source, these stations are not on the Island, but in other locations, and these off-Island stations are believed to be the ticket to getting back to the Island.
(Remember, the Island moved in the finale. The Island may have gone to another place...or it may have hopped into another time.)
So how does this all work? And where in the world are these stations? We'll have to tune into what is looking like an exciting fifth season in order to see.
In the meantime, my source hints that we have seen at least one of these powerful places before. Any guesses where? Post in the comments, and check out the next chat.

Evangeline Lilly has come to hate being seen as a bikini babe so much that she won't set foot on a beach. The 29-year-old Canadian actress says her experience as a sexy castaway on hit show Lost and being constantly targeted by photographers near her Hawaii home means she's now had to give up her love of the sun, sea and surf. "I've had to change my whole life," says Lilly of the unwanted attention she gets. "For the last two years in Hawaii I won't be caught dead on the beach. I can't go because I'm tired of seeing myself in a bikini on the cover of a tabloid magazine and being that woman. I'm not that woman. If I was that woman then great I'd go down to the beach every day and would wear the cutest bikini anyone has ever seen. But in order to kind of represent myself in the public eye, I've stopped going to the beach."

filming report about the O6
yes spoilers again
* The scene witnessed took place at a Catholic school, though Moosky19 believes that they might have been using it as a church because they added an extra Jesus on the cross prop on the exterior.
* The scene had four main characters: Jack, Ben, Sun and Desmond.
* Yes, Desmond.
* Ben, Sun and Jack were using the same Canton Rainier van that we reported about in our last spoiler update, which you can find here.
* In the scene Moosky19 witnessed, Sun and Ben talk in a very serious manner once they exit the van. In the middle of the conversation, Ben pulls something out of his “man purse” and gives it to Sun. Whatever it was, it was small, Moosky19 thinking that maybe it was Jin's ring. Next, Desmond comes into the scene, and then they all run into the building.
* Desmond is wearing a wedding band. Did he and Penny get married?
* Also, Sun has a gun on her the whole time.
* Moosky19 also noted that everyone appeared to be pretty buddy-buddy with Ben the whole time, or at least they were working with him without animosity.

Sam in Detroit: Got any Lost goodies?
Yep, several bites from Jorge Garcia, whom I caught up with at the Emmys:
* Who is Hurley hanging with these days? "It's safe to say I'm working with people who are off the Island—I can even say I'm working with Michael Emerson, Ben. He does most of the talking—and he didn't thank me once for that candy bar." Ooh, that stinker!
* What about Ben's mission to get the gang back to the Island? "I think Hurley is leaning toward regret of having gone off the Island, but I don't think he's at the point where he wants to go back, just yet. But it does seem that the Island is pulling us back, some way or another."
* What about Hurley and the glorious dead—are they still chatting? Said Jorge, "Yep, and it seems like it doesn't even faze Hurley any more."
* Last but not least, will the Oceanic Six ever become friends again? "Don't know. Don't know at all." Sob.

New spoiler
here we go again lol
It was a late night for “LOST” at Sacred Heart Academy in Kaimuki. “LOST” spotter Joel posted a couple of photos and sent Hawaii Blog this report from the scene:
“They had a massive set of lights set up and Ben, Desmond and a woman were in the scene (I think it may have been Sun as she had long, straight, dark hair). I did get a chance to stand around and watch them film the scene. The woman and Ben were talking when Desmond came from the right of the scene. In a loud voice, he said, ‘What are you doing here?!’”
The woman does indeed look like Sun, and the scene does seem to fit in with the overall “rounding up the Oceanic 6″ theme of the past several location shoots. But it’s interesting that they’re connecting with Desmond, who we last saw (filming wise) in the Philippines.
Sacred Hearts and its Romanesque architecture could be standing in for any number of far-flung locations, but I’d guess not Southeast Asia.

Spoiler BOMB or foiler lol
yes i could call it like that since it's not something we could have expected right ?
ok read and let's me know what do you think...
Exclusive! Is the Lost crew filming secret scenes not included in the generally available script? From one of my sources out west comes info that ANOTHER Lost fan favorite, a very surprising one, is revealed as being off-island in the Lost season 5 premiere. The implications are amazing, however — when I ran the intel by a trusted vetter of spoilers the info was debunked. Could it be that this is a Lost foiler? Who do you think this person is?

news spoilers about the o6
yes again but i guess it's the continuity of the spoilers for ysterday
SPOILER ALERT! The Waikiki Yacht Club was transformed into the “Long Beach Harbor Club” for evening shoots last night and tonight. Cranes and production trucks were parked nearby, as well as three notable vehicles: the blue Canton-Rainier Carpet Cleaning van, Kate’s silver Volvo, and a silver Jaguar S-Class. My friend Doug, who knows cars better than I do, says it looks like the 2008 model.
A yacht club member — who was fortunately an avid fan — said last night’s shoot involved Evangeline Lilly, Yunjin Kim, and a young boy playing Aaron. She said she was back tonight because the roster would be even larger. In addition to Kate and Sun, Sayid (Naveen Andrews), Ben (Michael Emerson) and Jack (Matthew Fox) were due on set. It looks like this scene follows the one filmed yesterday in Kalihi.
I think it’s a safe bet the shiny new Jaguar is Sun’s ride.
