Terry left off the Emmy ballot !! choice or error ?

It seem Terry isn't on the Emmy ballot and we don't know really why 'cause every others LOST actors are on it but we'll know in fews days the reason.

People and media (and me included) think Terry refused to be on Emmy ballot for his two goods friends on Lost, Josh Holloway and Michael Emerson !

Both deserve an Emmy but i really think this year, Josh deserves it more than anyone !
If Terry did it for this reason, what can i say except this man is amazing, humble and that i love him more than ever :)
