Your 2009 Amy Awards Winners


The results are in. Thanks to the thousands of readers who voted in the 2009 Amy Awards. Like I've always said, if we were in charge of the Emmys they would be so much more fun.

As we discussed, I did not include "Skip this question" in the winning totals, although the option did prevail in four out of the 12 categories (as noted by an asterisk below). By the way the photo to your left is because Josh Holloway got the most votes out of any category. How about that James?

Here are your 2009 Amy Award winners.

Alpha is revealed on "Dollhouse" 8%

The winner with 48% of the vote: Juliet loses her grasp of Sawyer’s hand and falls on "Lost"

Runner up with 17% of the vote: J.D. imagines his future on "Scrubs"

Laura Roslin dies on "Battlestar Galactica" 14%

Jason is reunited with his girlfriend and son while Tim Riggins looks on on "Friday Night Lights" 12%

Smash thanks Coach Taylor before leaving for college on "Friday Night Lights" 9%
